Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 24 July 2026 Last Updated: 24 July 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and other paid services offered through GrowthMate, including through growthmate.net and app.growthmate.net.
GrowthMate is owned and operated by:
QOPTERVZN INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED Plot No. 19, At Khokarla, Balaji Nagar, Behind Bhaiyaji Nagar, Bhupali Duplex, Bhandara, Maharashtra, India – 441904
For questions concerning payments, cancellations, or refunds, contact us at [email protected].
1. Subscription Plans
GrowthMate provides software-as-a-service subscription plans that may be billed monthly or annually.
The applicable subscription price, billing interval, taxes, included features, and any introductory or promotional terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize GrowthMate and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
2. Automatic Renewal
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, paid GrowthMate subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Depending on the plan selected, your subscription will renew:
Every month for a monthly subscription; or Every year for an annual subscription.
The renewal charge will be based on the subscription price applicable to your plan at the time of renewal, together with any applicable taxes.
GrowthMate will not intentionally hide the recurring nature of a subscription or charge a recurring subscription fee without displaying the applicable billing terms during the purchase process.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time before its next renewal.
Cancellation may be completed through the subscription or billing controls available in your GrowthMate account. Where self-service cancellation is unavailable, you may request cancellation by contacting [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Once a cancellation request is successfully completed:
Automatic renewal will be disabled immediately; No further subscription renewal will be charged for that subscription; You will normally retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid; and Your account may automatically move to a free plan, restricted plan, or inactive status when the paid period ends.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid, except where the purchase qualifies under the refund terms below.
You should retain the cancellation confirmation for your records.
4. Seven-Day First-Purchase Refund
GrowthMate offers a seven-calendar-day refund period for a customer’s first paid subscription purchase.
To qualify:
The refund request must be submitted within seven calendar days after the date of the first successful subscription charge; The purchase must be the first paid GrowthMate subscription associated with the customer; The request must be submitted from the email address connected to the relevant GrowthMate account; and The payment must not be connected to fraud, misuse, policy circumvention, or an abusive attempt to repeatedly obtain services without payment.
Subject to these conditions, an eligible customer will receive a refund of the subscription amount actually paid for the qualifying first purchase.
This refund applies to both monthly and annual first subscription purchases.
If GrowthMate offers a free trial that later converts into a paid subscription, the seven-day refund period begins on the date of the first successful paid charge, not on the date the free trial began.
Submitting a valid refund request will also cancel the subscription’s automatic renewal.
5. Purchases That Are Not Eligible for the First-Purchase Refund
Unless required by applicable law, the seven-day first-purchase refund does not apply to:
Subscription renewals; A second or subsequent subscription purchased by the same customer; Reactivated subscriptions; Charges made after switching to another subscription plan; Additional usage, add-ons, account credits, or separately purchased services; Requests submitted more than seven calendar days after the first successful charge; Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or material violation of GrowthMate’s Terms of Service; Charges that have already been disputed through a bank, card issuer, payment provider, or chargeback process; or Purchases made through a third-party marketplace that controls the applicable refund process.
After the seven-day refund period expires, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including where the customer did not use the service or used only part of the paid subscription period.
This does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights available under applicable law.
6. Subscription Renewal Charges
Renewal payments are not treated as first purchases and are therefore generally not eligible for the seven-day first-purchase refund.
To prevent a renewal charge, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal is processed.
If you cancel after a renewal payment has already been successfully processed:
Automatic renewal will be disabled for the following billing period; Access will normally continue until the end of the newly paid billing period; and The completed renewal charge will generally remain non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate billing, confirmed billing error, or where a refund is required by law. 7. How to Request a Refund
To request an eligible refund, email [email protected] and provide:
Your full name; The email address connected to your GrowthMate account; The subscription plan purchased; The payment or transaction reference; The date and amount of the charge; and A brief explanation of the request.
The request must be sent within the applicable seven-calendar-day refund period.
We may request reasonable additional information to verify the account holder, identify the transaction, prevent fraud, or process the refund securely.
8. Refund Review and Processing
GrowthMate will review refund requests based on this Policy, the purchase records, account history, payment information, and applicable law.
We aim to communicate the outcome of a complete refund request within five business days.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method wherever technically possible. Refunds will not ordinarily be sent to a different bank account, card, wallet, or person.
After GrowthMate or its payment processor initiates a refund, it may take approximately five to ten business days for the amount to appear in your account. The actual processing time is controlled by the relevant bank, card network, payment provider, or financial institution.
GrowthMate is not responsible for delays caused solely by a bank, card issuer, payment network, or payment processor after the refund has been successfully initiated.
9. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period or were charged an incorrect amount, contact [email protected] promptly.
After verifying the transaction, GrowthMate will refund any confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge or otherwise correct the billing error.
A correction of a duplicate or incorrect charge is not subject to the seven-day first-purchase restriction.
10. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact us promptly at [email protected] and notify your bank or payment provider.
We may temporarily restrict the related GrowthMate account while investigating an unauthorized-payment report.
Any investigation, reversal, or refund will be subject to transaction verification, the payment provider’s procedures, applicable banking rules, and applicable law.
11. Failed or Declined Payments
If a subscription payment is declined, reversed, expires, or otherwise fails:
GrowthMate may retry the payment where permitted; Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or discontinued; The subscription may be downgraded or cancelled; and You may be required to update your payment method before paid access is restored.
GrowthMate will not be responsible for fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
12. Plan Changes
Where GrowthMate allows you to upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change a subscription, the applicable price, billing effect, and effective date of the change will be displayed before you confirm it.
A plan change does not restart or create a new seven-day first-purchase refund period.
13. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Promotional prices, discounts, coupons, and introductory offers may be subject to additional terms displayed with the offer.
Where a promotional first purchase qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund will be the amount actually paid by the customer, rather than the standard undiscounted price.
Coupons, promotional credits, free credits, and account credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
14. Account Deletion
Deleting your GrowthMate account may permanently remove account data, but you should not rely solely on an account-deletion request as confirmation that a subscription has been cancelled.
Before requesting account deletion, you should cancel the subscription and confirm that automatic renewal has been disabled.
Where technically and legally possible, GrowthMate may cancel an active subscription when processing an account-deletion request. Amounts already paid will remain subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
15. Suspension or Termination by GrowthMate
GrowthMate may suspend or terminate access where permitted under its Terms of Service, including for fraud, unlawful activity, payment abuse, security risks, or material violations of applicable policies.
A customer whose account is suspended or terminated for misconduct is not automatically entitled to a refund.
Nothing in this section removes any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
16. Payment Processing
GrowthMate may use third-party payment processors, including Razorpay, to process subscription payments and refunds.
Payment information may be processed according to the payment processor’s terms and privacy practices. GrowthMate does not control the internal processing timelines of banks, card networks, or payment providers.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact GrowthMate before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Submitting both a direct refund request and a chargeback for the same transaction may delay resolution. GrowthMate will not issue a separate refund for a transaction that has already been reversed through a chargeback or payment dispute.
GrowthMate reserves the right to provide relevant transaction, account, cancellation, and service-usage records to the payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.
18. Taxes and Invoices
Subscription prices may be subject to applicable taxes. The final amount payable, including taxes where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Where a refund is approved, the tax treatment, credit note, or invoice adjustment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and accounting requirements.
19. Changes to This Policy
GrowthMate may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy to reflect changes to its services, billing practices, payment providers, or legal obligations.
The revised Policy will be published with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes will not retroactively reduce an approved refund or remove a refund right that had already arisen before the revised Policy became effective.
20. Contact and Grievance Redressal
Questions, cancellation requests, billing concerns, or refund requests may be submitted to:
Grievance Officer: Alok Diwate, Director Email: [email protected] Company: QOPTERVZN INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED Address: Plot No. 19, At Khokarla, Balaji Nagar, Behind Bhaiyaji Nagar, Bhupali Duplex, Bhandara, Maharashtra, India – 441904
